Speaker Bio: Erik Kokalj is a software engineer with an electrical engineering background, and an open-source enthusiast. He is Director of Applications Engineering at Luxonis. In this role, he helps users and companies leverage the power of spatial AI at the edge to upgrade their projects and products to the next level. He also develops DepthAI code samples, demo apps, helper tools and technical documentation, and provides custom solutions support. Prior to Luxonis, he worked as a software/firmware engineer for four years. He has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. Erik is based in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
